The International Air & Waste Management Association, Central Texas Chapter

Welcome to the online community space for the A&WMA, Central Texas Chapter.


The Central Texas Chapter of the International Air & Waste Management Association is based in Austin, Texas.  The Chapter has over a hundred members in the Central Texas area, consisting of environmental attorneys, engineers, consultants, academia, agency staff (e.g. TCEQ, LCRA), and industry professionals (e.g. AMD, Motorola, Samsung, 3M).  The Chapter publishes regular newsletters and holds monthly meetings with guest speakers that discuss air and waste topics of local relevance.  These meetings provide members with the opportunity to meet their peers and exchange information.  The Chapter also educates the public through volunteer activities and events.
